how long can you breed a pomeranian befor she and he has to retire

ive recently adopted a breeding pair of pomeranians they are around four years old and has already had a few litters of babies without any complications and i was just wondering how long befor i would have to retire them and when i do retire them does that mean i have to adopt out one of them or is it ok to keep them both as pets thank you so much for your time

Do you know the history of the pair? Bloodlines, health issues, etc.?

At 4 the female is starting to age.  She's born with all the eggs she's ever going to produce and as females age, the risk of faders in litters increases.

My advise would be to fix the pair and enjoy them as great and cherished family pets.
