Hi,
I have a few questions. If you breed a female miniature poodle to a toy male poodle what size will the puppies be? Also, if the female is an apricot color and the male is white what color will the puppies be? Is there a possibility that she will have a litter of all white puppies or all apricot?

It's all about genetics.  You have to take in consideration the following:

a) the size and color of the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents on both sides; and

b) are you line-breeding, in-breeding or out-crossing?

Line breeding and in-breeding is going to narrow down on the traits you want (size and color) and out-crossing is going to give you a whole mixed bag.
