Husky
My Husky had 6 puppies 2 days ago and is in good health. I noticed this morrning that there are bilateral lumps 2 inches above the antior teet. There is no nipple in this area. all the puppies are in good weight and nursing well.

Answer
Hi Maya

I'm not certain exactly where you mean to say the lumps are located.    Antior usually refers to teeth as in inscissors or canines, not so much to teats.

Regardless, lumps near the nipples are never a good thing.  Especially if they are hard and the area appears to be red and sore.  This is the first sign of mastitistis.
