aggression of new mother

i have a boxer bitch aged 3 1/2 years old and she had a c-section yesterday (babies to big to be born naturally). she has adapted well to the puppies the only problem is that she is aggressive to everyone when the pen is approached, she will not leave the puppies for anything ,, im having problems getting her to go for a wee she is only eating and drinking if i put food and water directly with in her reach .. please advise

That's common for some females.  Not acceptable or desirable but common.  

You can start by adding St. John's Wort or Vitamin B to her food. Also Bach's makes a Rescue Remedy that will help with calming.

The behavior needs to corrected with understanding.
