Breeding my mini schnauzer

Hi there! My Mini Schnauzer is bleeding (about the 4th day today), and we are breeding her this cycle (her one and only).  We have a the dad picked out and all the tests done.  When should we get these two together and for how long?

Is the male coming to your place or are you sending the female there?  Either way the two should spend some time together before the main event.   

I would start introducing them around her day 9.  They should be brought together every day for a 30 minutes and then taken away.  At around the 12th day the female may start allowing the male to mount her. They only need to breed once a day for three to four days, or while the female will stand for him.
