Shih Tzu at 3 weeks left of pregnancy

Is it normal for her to stop wanting food as much and also have diahrea and vomiting at this time? I am concerned also that it could be a false pregnancy.

Hi Wendy. It's normal for a dog to experience this a little bit during pregnancy. I would take her in for a check up just to be on the safe side, especially if it continues. As for the false pregnancy, you can take her in when she hits day 50 to have x-rays done to know for sure. Good luck!
