no milk!

I hope you can help me!
My Maltese poolde had puppies on the 23rd of March 2009, but it seems she is not producing milk! she has a fever and the puppies are constantly moaning and crying. is there something i could give her to aid in milk production?

Are your female's teats impacted? Do they feel hot and look sore?  If she has a fever and the possibility of mastitis forming, you need to take her to the vet immediately.

Depending on the reason for the fever, your female can become toxic. Then you have a very good chance of losing your female and the pups.
