pomeranian how long after giving birth til next heat

my pomeranian,Chewy, had her last litter the week of October 15th-20th closer to the 20th, how long before she is in heat again so I know when to keep her away from males, she deserves a break doesn't she?  the male lives with us and has been acting out but she has no symptoms, bleeding, vulva swelling or wanting him to mount her.  I need to know as close as possible.  thank u so much for being there for us Joyce, you are the best.

A break is always recommended.  She should be coming into heat soon. Your female could be getting ready to come in our experience a "silent" heat.  Which means you may not see any blood or swelling.  

What is your female's season now? Every 6 or 9 months?
