MY 7 MONTH OLD SHITZU

MY PUPPY WENT INTO HEAT FOR THE FIRST TIME ONE MONTH AGO.  SHE BLED
FOR THE ENTIRE 21 DAYS.  HOWEVER, NOW I'VE NOTICED THAT UNDER HER
TEETS ARE EXTREMELY SWOLLEN - OVAL SHAPED SWELLING UNDER EVERY TEET.  
I'M NOT SURE IF THIS IS NORMAL.  HER EATING AND PERSONALITY IS A LITTLE
APATHETIC TOO.  COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN IF THIS IS NORMAL?

Hi Sandra. She may be experiencing a false pregnancy. The dog will exhibit normal pregnant symptoms. A trip to the vet may be in order just to make sure that everything's ok though. If it's a false pregnancy, most dogs will recover shortly. Sometimes the symptoms can be severe. I'd take her to the vet just to be on the safe side.
