Yorkie pups

Question
My female had her pups 4 days ago and i just got their tails docked and their
extra finger removed. How  long does it take for their eyes and ears to open?
The vet did not dress the wounds of the pups so is there not cleaning or
disinfecting needed to be done until they heal?

Mom will care of the wounds from the docking and dew claw removal. Just keep a watch on them to make sure there is no infection. There shouldn't be. It'll take ten days to two weeks from birth for their eyes and ears to open :).
