When can I breed from my oldtyme Bulldog

Hello, I was just wondering what would be the best time to breed from my oldtyme bulldog she has already had her 1st season could she be mated next time or should I wait until her 3rd?

Hi Helena. You didn't say how old your girl is. If she's really young, say 6 months old, and has her next heat cycle when she's a year old, then I'd definitely wait. I prefer to see my girls to two years of age before being bred. The closer you can get her to two before breeding her, the better. This gives her plenty of time to finish growing, physically and mentally, and lets you get her health tests done. Good luck!
