Is she still in heat then? If so, it will be a long while before you can really tell. One good sign of a dog being pregnant is that her vulva may stay slightly swollen after she ends her heat cycle. Besides that it's really hard to tell until she gets further along. There's what's called a flase pregnancy as well. A dog will show signs of pregnancy, but not be pregnant.
