Previous C section

My toy poodle's last pregnancy required a c section. She is now pregnant
again. How will this pregnancy play out? Is it possible for her to have the
pups? If so, will she most likely need another c section?

It varies with each delivery. It is possible for her to have the puppies naturally, but I do not know the circumstances of why she had to have a c-section the first time so I can only stipulate in my answer to you. I would highly recommend that you plan ahead for a c-section just in case.
