droopy ear

I have a 7 week old pit bull pup.  The other day he hit his head and yelped for about 10 seconds and his eyes were squinted, probably because his head was ringing or something. the next day i noticed that his left ear, the side of his head he hit, was different than usual.  it was kind of droopy and folded differently than his right ear.  is this permanent??.. how can i maybe straighten it out??.. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

he could have temporarily paralizedthat side of his face or it could be permenant unless fixed by a professional. its really hard to tell without seeing him or having him seen by a vet. im sure other then cosmetic he is most likely fine but you should still have him checked out by a vet just to be safe. if you call your vet and explain the situation they should be able to give you an estimate. i hope this helps and sorry that i couldnt be more help to you.
