is mydog pregnant?

hi i have a rotty called tara we beleave shes pregnant and due anyday now! , its not her first litter, but shes a really big dog and im not sure if i can feel any pups in her as she doesnt like to sit still to long, when she sits up she has a large belly and it looks like theres pups but id say only around4 as shes not got a big belly, her temp is 37.7 last time i checked around 6 hours ago and now its gone up? im confused iv got everything set for the pups whelping box ect, and i know what todo when they arrive but im not sure shes even pregs could you help me please iv stayed up the past 3 nights waiting for signs of whelping ect please write back thanks xx

You can take her to the vet and have her xrayed to diagnose pregnancy and to find out how many babies she has. Barring that, does she have milk? Her temp should drop below 101 F rectally , taken at the same time every day and stay there just prior to having pups. She should also exhibit nesting behavior, hiding, scratching paper, making a bed etc. She should deliver approximately nine weeks after being bred. You should be able to feel the pups move by seven weeks and they should be playing football by the week of :)
