is the breed fit for young children

I am currently looking at a small foxterrier mixed with a mini daschund and I wanted to see if the mix would be an ok fit if i raise it from a baby...thanks tiff

Dog breeds are a personal choice and any breed can make a wonderful companion with proper socialization and training.   Just because it would be a small dog doesn't mean it can't mind it's manners.

When choosing a pup, you want to pick one that is neither to outgoing or the one sitting alone in the corner.  Look for clear eyes and skin.
