Bichon Pups 5 weeks old

Hi, My Bichon had a litter of 5 pups on the 14th July 3 are big all healthy weighing over 1kg now the other 2 are only around 450gms they feed of the mother but I feed them pet formula as well they dont seem to be able to walk very well always wobble over as their heads seem to heavy for them they are eating dry food that I soak for them do you think they will come right or will I have to have them put down? I don't have enough information to determine if they have physical abnormalities.  Some pups can be "wobby" up to 8 weeks old until they get the hang of things. And larger breeds even longer than that.

At 5 weeks old they are almost ready for their first vet visit.  You may want the vet to give them a look from stem to stern and have a someone who can see them up close and personal, help you make the decsision.
