breeding jack russells

my female started her 2nd cycle 4 days ago, has very light bleeding and flagging my male. Should i let them breed this early into her cycle, if not how far in do i let them and how often?

No I would not let her breed this early in her cycle. She should be receptive on day 10 and the again on 12. Once they tie the first time wait 2 days and let them tie again. After that they will be done and I would keep the male away from her for the rest of her heat.
