Throwing up and Chewing

Question
My Husky throws up when nothing is wrong with her!! We have changed her food multiple times. We finally changed her over to Purina One Smart Blend and she stopped throwing up and she was eating just fine and was loving her food and then all the sudden she stopped eating as much and started the trowing up thing again. We have taken her to her Vet. and had her checked out! He did blood tests and found nothing wrong and his conclusion was that she was doing to receive attention. With this info we would get on to her for making herself throw up and then she wouldn't eat her food but she would chew on the corner of our bed instead of eating her food even though she was hungry and her food was right in front of her!! What can we do to stop the Chewing, Throwing up and being so picky over her food?? We CAN NOT afford to change her food anymore and we are looking to get rid of her, PLEASE HELP so we can keep her!!

Answer
Siberian throw up when there stomach is empty. They also play the pity game like a pro to get what they want... your food. In picking out a food for a Siberian you want grain free, or only rice or sorghum as the grain.

This means NO
Soy
Corn
Wheat
Maze
as these are hard to digest and hard on the stomach.

The best meat source for a Siberian is
Fish (salmon is best)
Lamb

since these meats are gentle on the stomach and highly palatable.

Really their is nothing wrong with your dog other then stubbornness and the normal Siberian pity party that they are smart enough to throw to get you to feel sorry for her.

She chews on your bed because she likes how the wood feels on her teeth. Get her plenty rawhides and such to chew on. I know of someone who bought there dog its own block of wood. Siberian chew, just get them something they like to chew on and they won't chew on stuff they aren't supposed to chew on.

I suggest Canidae Grain free salmon as a food to feed. Here is a store locator
