Question
Hello....I have a VERY hyperactive Puggle.  She is going to be a year old in August.  I know that she is still young..however, she is just always jumping and scratching, getting in to trouble, and trying to run out the door so we can chase her around the neighborhood!!  She is out of control and we are unbelievably frustrated!  We love her and don't want to have to part with her, but I was wondering if there was any kind of supplement that could help to calm her a little bit...just so that she is more tolerable!!  I heard something about Valeria Root?  Please help!!
Thanks!

Answer
Hi- If your Puggle is still on "Pup" food go to Adult food ASAP////
Also, I would add the following supplements;

Salmon oil - 1 tablespoon per day / Pure salmon oil mixed into his food just 1 x per day.

Valerian -  ( give 1 per day in the evening) VERY safe/
You need the time release valerian....

OR, you can go 1 every other evening....REDUCES STRESS
