QuestionI have an olde english bulldog male that is 2 years old.
He has had some loose stools and diarrhea on and off for
his entire life. I recently found food from Orijen, it iis
grain free, as i've noticed you recommend here. he has
been doing great on it but still has a loose stool. I
wanted to know what you think of this food for a bulldog.
Should i add some of the pumpkin?
I have just purchased some of the NuVet as well to give him
daily. I can't wait to see if it helps his ear
problems/skin problems.
here is the orijen food link:

Answer
NuVET for bullies and
Hi: Yes, the NuVET will help his EARS, skin, coat , digestion.... This is just a wonderful supplement and 1000s of bullies take NuVET each day.....
Now, as for the Orijen food, yes it is a good one! How about we add a Metamucil Cookie - just 1 per day to his diet... Metamucil makes a cookie ( apple ) it comes in 2 packs in a box of 10 or 12? Just 1 cookie, out of a 2 pack daily. It will add fiber and bulk to your bullies stools.
Also, 1-2 NuVETS per day will help his digestive system. YOU may want to do 2 NuVET wafers for the first few weeks and then drop him down to just 1 per day.
If he has hot spots - I also refer many of my clients to the NuVET tea tree hot spot spray ( about 7.00 a bottle) and the Tea Tree Oil Shampoo ( hot spot shampoo) VERY nice for itchy skin and hot spots...
The shampoo sells for 10.00 ( 8 oz bottle) - You can go to the NuVET site to order.....

NuVET also give a 15% off discount for auto ship clients/ no contracts and you can cancel any time......
Also, lets add just 1 teaspoon per day of olive oil / mixed into his food... good for his skin ( only ONE teaspoon ....no more than that)
NO treats unless they are grain-free ( Wellness and Innova also make a grain free treat).
