6 wk old bully pup swimmers puppy ; swimmers legs;

hi our girl had a litter of 4 we lost 3 over 2 days weight was around 10 oz each and 1 little 1 at 60z ..we btl fed him ..and is now weaned on royal canine baby dog with goats  milk ..cooked fesh beef mince and a small amount of cheese and rice pudding.he now weighs 4 pounds 6 oz ..is a lovely bright pup lovely straight tail dark eyes and is a little treasure.but the big problem we have he drags 1 leg on the floor and he can only stand up for about 2 min he gets around by dragging himself up into a sitting position very shaky on legs ..he has a waist.. we have been massaging around the legs and hips for 3 wks and he does seem to b getting stronger..if u pick him up and put into a sit position then sit him on floor he stands up but when he goes to walk leg comes right out and he drags it ..with your experiance can you help he def is in no pain and a few times  we have felt a click on hes hip ..many thanks ..he will b going to vets for 1 st injection in 10 days but im aware some vets are not up to speed on the bulldog .

Hello David , Sorry for the loss of the pups!
Now about this little one with the possible hip problem:  Sound to me like it may be swimmers leg?
You can have your vet check him out when you have the immunizations done.
