maltese with ACL tear and yorkie with chornic gastritis

Hello!
I have a maltese that just got an ACL tear on Saturday and we would like to not do surgery. What supplements do you recommend? Also, I have an older yorkie who has chronic gastritis and is on I/D science prescription diet. Any suggesions for her?
