Allergies in boxer; boxer chewing and scratching;

Question
I have a 15 month old male boxer who has severe allergies. The vet assumes it's his food, so I switched him numerous times, all to no avail. Finally I found Wellness Super Five Mix. It is a fish based food. He did good on it for a while, but now he's back to biting, chewing, licking, scratching. He just got over another ear infection. He has been on so many antibiotics and steroids, that I don't want him on anymore. I have had to him to an allergist, no results there, just more money. I BET he has grass or other environmental allergies.
USE a baby wipe on his paws - when he comes in from outside / if possible - this will reduce the grass allergy.
