english bulldog rash ; Luxating patella alternatives in bulldog;

my 1 yr old bulldog was fine then suddenly had a rash  went to vet multiple times. Diagnosed with yeast, we have used shampoos,changed dog food because she didn't want to eat it, tried antibiotics, steroids ect. nothing works. I buy expensive foods because I thought she had allergies. Some foods make it worse. What food do you feel is best for this breed. She also had recent acl tear and luxating patella that didn't heal and had to be redone last week. Do you think this may be a health issue and not an allergy?

Oh Dawn.... So many English Bullies have allergy problem related to food and environmental concerns.  Sorry, about the ACL and Patella... It is very common for the Vet to do surgery a few times.  
I encourage to avoid surgery and use  alternative supplements and rest, when possible.

Let's try a few simple things:  
1.  Give this kid some Ester C ( 500 mg ) 1 per day long term :  YOU can find this at any pharmacy such as Walgreens and CVS
