Dog allergies....constant stratching, biting....

Hello, my 5 yr old neutered minpin has been allergy tested and is allergic to all grasses, a few different bushes and trees. I had him on allergy shots, but to be honest, it cost 200$ for a vile of allergens, plus 15$ a shot, just to give it from the vet techs, and he usually needs one bi-weekly. also, he takes benedryl and atibiotics when it really flares up and starts getting infected eye....etc.... i am fit to be tied! right now im not working, and i cant keep this up, i cant afford it. he has only been on benedryl because i cant afford all of the other meds....would this product possibly help him? im willing to try anything that would work, he is miserable, and im broke. right now he bites and stratches the backs of his ankles, and around his eyes are very dried out, red, puffy, irritated and sore, sometimes he even rubs his mouth on the rug to scratch it ending up in sores around his mouth. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.
