Question
Hi Shanti. Thank you so much for the information it helps me a lot. What I have to do know is not to be so scary next to him, because in some way I think I proyect my fear to him. Thank you again for your time. God Bless you and your family

Answer
Hi Maria!

It was a pleasure to help you! Thank you for your email.
Maybe it might help to go to some different friends homes who have cats and are very good with their cats (not all people are "good with cats") but choose the ones you know who are, so you can see and familiarize yourself with kitties.
Yes, it is good you recognize your fear and projection and I know you will be just fine! It is very courageous of you to see and mention. Young cats have a ton of energy and can be a little confusing if one isn't used to all their kitty antics.
You can also go to a humane society or local SPCA and ask for assistance there and maybe just go visit and see the volunteers or staff play with the cats to make you feel more comfortable!
Again, if you want a calm, loving mellow cat, that would be an older cat.
If you don't mind, i just realized i made a type-o mistake in the last email and wrote, "cat litter" instead of "catnip" when I spoke of getting Gabrielle used to the cat tree.
So i am going to revise the former email in case someone else uses/needs the information. You won't need to re-read the whole thing, as i am just changing one word, but just letting you know the site will probably email you to tell you its "revised."

Thank you so much!
and Blessings to you, Gabrielle, and your family,
Shanti
