Question
My 2 year old boxer is acting totally normally, but for the past two days has had larger and softer stools, with some red portions (possibly blood?).  The last sample tonight also had several grayish-white portions that looked almost like intestinal linings.  His food was changed about a week ago to one he's had in the past, and he does get some table scraps.  Yesterday he also did some odd behaviors, putting his hind end lower as he circled (never seen before, but brief).  Does this sound like something I should be concerned about?  I'm worried, but since he's acting normally, I'm not sure if I should be.  Thanks so much!!

Hi Lindsay, I an thinking that his anal sac may be bothering your boxer.
Add some Metamucil cookies to his diet - Just 1/2 per day of a Metamucil cookie wafer - they make it in apple and cin flavors ( for humans but dogs can take it, too)

Also, Please call NuVET and get your boy onto the NuVET Plus dog vitamin program - it help with the anal sac problems and digestion.  Keeps your boy Healthy and "away" from the VET office..
(* please always see your vet for any immunizations )
Call them now at 1-800-474-7044  Tell the gals that Pet Nurse Marie sent you with order code 81098 / ASK for the 15% off autoship program / you can cancel any time.....

Try the metamucil cookie and the NuVET dog vitamins - I am sure you will see results right away.
Don't worry - a small amount of blood and other secretions can be normal or anal sac related.

Keep me posted - The NuVET wafers need to be purchased from a HOLISTIC vet or the phone number above.

BEST wishes
