Question
Hello. Both of my sons have skin problems, Brutus(5yr English Bulldog Brindle 78lbs)He has small lumps on his skin like misquote bumps. He scratches till they bleed. most are located around his back hips and around the neck. The vet put him on steroids and it cleared next day, but as we winged him off, the bumps and itching started back. The vet did a skin scrap but found no mites..but as I was brushing him last night I started itching around my ankles and head. We have him on Benadryl, two in morning, two at night. I don't think the Benadryl is working. He's brother, Draco(1.5yr EB all white 60lbs) has little scabby spots under the fur all over him but no itching. Both if you run a finger over the spots the hair comes loose with a patch of scab like stuff. I spray their room with "Vetplus" Flea spray, Powder there bed with Diatomaceous Earth and the yard with "ECO" all natural Flea& bug spray.  Also we changed his diet-Science to Royal Cannin to Wellness(Puked up nightly) to Royal Cannin Vegetarian(as per Vet)..Any ideas?

Hi Thomas,  Brutus may have environmental allergies besides the food allergy.
This can take it's course and become a fungus or excessive yeast bacteria.
( Same with your Draco, too)

You need something to reduce inflammation that will be natural.  Yes, steroids can damage the liver over time.  Also, let's get that Immune system working again!

I would love to help your Brutus and Draco with some natural shampoo, herbs and an immune system booster.  Please let me know what the boy's weights are?
Also, what medictions are they on currently?  ( or have just completed)
