sensitive skin folds

QUESTION: I have a 2yr old deaf white bulldog who has always been very sensitive w/allergies. We feed him orgins organic chicken & veggie. Working great considering at 6mths old he was limping & since he's been on this food he runs! Amazing. I feed him metamucil w/food cause of him sensitive tummy and give him liquid glucosamine. I have tried everything for his folds, as soon as he seems to be getting better they start acting up again and become very painful. I have used desitin, drying powder, witchhazel/aloe w/cloth,baby wipes then soft cloth to dry folds, malaseb wipes, we use malaseb & aloe & oatmeal shampoo bout every 2 wks. I backed off doing 2x day cause felt it was irritating. Just not sure what to do, or what combo is the best? I am an aesthetician that has sensitive skin w/allergies myself and am just desperate to help my bully feel better and get these folds under control. Please help

As for the folds - place some PURE corn starch in the folds - after you have cleaned with a unscented baby wipe.  Place the corn starch in your hand and then use a q-tip to pat it into the folds.  Do this 1-2 x per day - Keeps the folds nice an dry.
