Question
We have an adult male Cocker Spaniel that we bought from a Rescue service.  Since the first week we got him, he has had severe chronic ear infections.  We have had him about 8 months now and spent over $1000 already, but still have problems.  We can not afford to spend anymore on him and he is truly miserable.  On top of that, he is very irritable and snaps at our children now.  We are seriously considering having him put down because we cant afford it right on and no one else will take him because he is a money pit and a snapper.  Any advice??

Answer
Hi Daymon, I sure do understand your situation and the MONEY PIT.
This kid needs some good food/ Proper diet / and a ear cleaning recipe... A supplement/ vitamin  - ear cleaning and some feeding changes will be the key.
Your dog will feel much better and be happy with proper care.
The VETs don't have a clue about nutrition, unless you go to a Holistic vet.

What food have you fed?  ( and what are you feeding now)
What treats do you feed?
How many meds did you vet give you?
