English bulldog paws; EBD red paws

Rear Legs  

Rear Leg   My bulldog Luuna is having major skin irritation on all four of her paws. I took her to the vet & they gave her a shot & prescribed atibiotics. They seemed to work for a while. I have also tried using Hot Spot treatment. None of it has worked so far. Any advice?
