AmStaff Vomiting in the morning

Hello! I have a 70lb, 1 year old AmStaff named Buster and here latey he has been trowing up this yellow and sometimes a white frothy liquid. I think he has acid reflux, I'm not sure if I could give him any OTC med because he already has F.A.D that we have to treat. Buster has a allergy to ground corn meal found in most lower cost dog foods so he can only eat a higher brand of dog food. From the day that we got the baby, we have had to put a lot of time and money in to treating him. When he was little he had to go on allergy meds so now that he is older and we know how to treat the F.A.D, I don't like to give him anything that may take away from the allergy medication he is already taking so, what can I do to treat the acid reflux without harming my baby?
