hello, my human takes omega 3 fishoil pills - can i try some or her pills to make my skin better.

Yes you sure can give your dog fish oil pills.  Depending on the size of your dog I would go by the recommendations for children.  
I would also be addressing the overall diet as dry food, kibble, and tinned pet foods are known to cause the majority of skin problems in our pets.
Look at fresh and raw foods where possible.  Go to www.barfworld.com to find out where you can purchase pre-made raw meat and veg patties for your pet.  You will notice a HUGE difference in her coat, skin, appearance and demeanor.
You may also want to have a look at www.greenpet.com.au as they have a product called Vital Skin which is easily added to meals and is great for keeping the coat in top condition.
Also - on a raw/natural food diet you will notice that you rarely need to wash your dog as she just wont smell or get oily.  A regular brushing is all that is needed.  Overwashing can also cause major skin problems.  Keep washing down to once every 2 months at the most.
Have you had the vet check her out for mange?  This can also cause these symptoms.
