feline upper respiratory disease complex

My cat Little Bit is about four years old. For the past few days she has been sneezing and today she was laying around and could barely move.  Her head is leaning to one side like its too hard for her to pick it up.  She keeps meowing and I don't know what to do.  It's a Saturday night and none of the Vets are still open.  Please help I don't know what to do.

This is not a question I am qualified to answer.  She has to be seen by a vet who can examine her in person.  Most vets are reachable by phone even after their clinics are closed.  If not, call the phone service information in a big city near you to find an emergency vet clinic.

I am so sorry.  I hope she does well.
