Hi. It's really untelling how he will react. Some males don't want anything to do with them, some try to kill them. It's best and safest to keep dad away from the pups until they are older. Mom most likely won't want him around them, and it will make her nervous. A nervous dog doesn't take very good care of her puppies. Good luck!
