mild concractions in giving birth

hello if you can please help i am in the middle of whelping my 2 year old jack russell and she has had 1 healthy pup and now her water has broke for the second pup and its been an hour and she has given up on pushing it and is lust licking now i have tryed meny things to make the contractions come back but im running out of ideas does any one no what i should do now ??

Hi Holly.  I'm assuming that by now your Jack Russell has had her puppies.  I am having some work done on my home, and didn't know that the workers had accidently cut my internet line (no one bothered to tell me).  I'm sorry for the delay in replying to your questions, concerning mild contractions, and truly hope that all is well.
