breeding my yorkies

Question
I have a 9 lb female yorkie who is 1/1/2 yrs old.  I also have a 9 month old male who is about 10 lbs.  I want to breed them together, and my female has been in heat, but she is very aggressive with the male, she pins him down and humps him to the point where he is not interested.  They play and get along great, but he does not seem interested in breeding.  I was wondering if there was anything I could do.  Thank you.

Try separating them for a few days.  Complete separation.  Zero contact. 9 months old can still be young for a male, he may need to wait until her next heat.

You didn't mention what day your female was at in her season.  Too early, is just well, too early.
