Pregnant pug. HELP

I have a pug that is about 55 days pregnant she has been having slimy clear discharge for about 4 days and her milk has come in. She is very uncomfortable and her belly is huge. I can see her back bone and hip bones. I am very worried about her. Do you think she is about to have the puppies?

Hi Carol. I hope she doesn't have the puppies. Yet. Most puppies born before day 58 will not survive. She may just be gearing up for labor. Because of her discharge, I would take her in for a check up just to be safe. A clear discharge is ok, but when there's a lot of it, I like to take her in. It makes me feel better. Good luck!
