3 YR old Shi Tzu pooping accidents ; NuVET for shih tuz;

Princie and Butters
My husband and I recently adopted two 3yr old shih tzus. We are not sure which one, if not both, have been repeatedly pooping in our 6yr old daughter's room. It is getting very frustrating! When we find it, because we arent sure which one was the culprit - it is difficult to discipline.  Therefore, we say sternly "No" to them both, and put them outside. The problem seems to be worsening... HELP!
