3 yr. old Shih tzu

Question
I have ask a question about this dog already...but I DO beleive he has "issues". LOL
I noticed his face smells really bad (like urine)...now I know why....I saw him this morning rubbing his face on the lawn where both dogs "potty" Jack is new to us (had it almost 3 weeks and he is almost 3 (in June) We love him so much but like I said he has some bad habits

he is trying to make himself smell like the other dog and cover his own scent up. That way the other dog won't smell him and won't "attack" him. Often it is a sign they are nervous and like I said earlier trying to fit in to the new pack so whether he is the alpha male or submissive male he is just blending.  But it is a normal behavior..fear not he is not strange it is just behavior you may not have seen when dealing with dogs as they work out issues .. I will tell you that you can bathe him everyday twice a day and he will hunt down that urine and roll in it to smell like that again and again so just let it ride for a while until he settles down and then give him a bath.  Rest easy he is just fine.
