Answer

SoJo home cooking mixe
Hi Susan - sure - your little one may have some allergies ( Seasonal?) and a sensitive belly.
We can try a few things to help your little shih tzu.

~~~  How about feeding 3 small meals per day ~~~~
In the "am" give some Grain free food :
Innova EVO
Wellness Core
or Merrick Before grain
*****************
The other two meals can be some home cooking with SoJo or a recipe:
see here:
SoJo Grain free mix - you add the lightly cooked meats to the mix.
Or, here is a recipe to try : for dog's with belly troubles.
Tuna and Rice Diet
4 ounces runa, canned in water, without added salt
1 egg, large, hard-boiled
2 cups brown rice, long-grain, cooked
2 teaspoons vegetable (canola) oil
1/2 ounce brewer's yeast
4 bonemeal tables (10-grain or equivalent)
1/4 teaspoon salt substitute (potassium chloride)
1 multiple vitamin-mineral table OR ( NuVET 1/2- 1 ) Wafer  ....
Beef and Rice Diet
1/4 pound very lean beef (raw weight), cooked
** ( or : Lamb or chicken)**
1 egg, large, hard-boiled
2 cups brown rice, long-grain, cooked
1/2 ounce brewer's yeast
4 bonemeal tablets (10-grain or equivalent)
1/4 teaspoon salt substitute (potassium chloride)
1 multiple vitamin-mineral ( or: - 1 --NuVET Waffer ) see below:
Always give your little Shih tzu 1 NuVET Wafer per day - you can give 1/2 in the
AM and the other 1/2 in the PM.
NuVET will help with the Sneezing and the digestion of foods... Also, keeps the VET Away -
NuVET keeps our pets healthy and well.
The Key for this little one is 3 very small feedings.
Also please Raise up the feeding dishes to arm pit height.  Keep your little one from taking in too much air.
HOPE this helps!!!
