7 Year Old Shih Tzu - Loss of Bowel Control

My dog received her yearly vaccine last May (6 months ago) and she has not had a day since where she can control her bowel movements.  I've had an entire battery of tests performed and the vet doesn't seem to find anything to explain this from a physical (medical) perspective.  I'm at my wits end.  Any suggestions.

I am so sorry about this - I wonder if they damaged some nerves that are associated with the anal area and control of the muscles.
If you have had a battery of tests and they can't figure it out ....sounds like nerve damage?
Has anyone suggested this?
Also, give me some more info and we can figure out a diet and some supplements to firm up the stools.
