Obsesive

Nikki is three year old female. If she gets a small leather ball she becomes so possessive that she has no time for anything else. Makes us play with her constantly. If we take it away she begs for days until we give it back. How can we break this obsession.

Simple, you basically answered your own question when you said She makes You.  You should make Her stop begging and You should take the ball away from Her until She behaves and You decide You want to play.  Turn Your back on Her and walk away on Her unwanted behavior.  When You decide You are ready to play then You can get the ball out.  Better yet get Her a new toy and toss that one away.  I actually have a girl that was obsessive with tennis balls, I had to do the same thing with her.  Hope things work out.  Good luck
