shih tzu stomach noises

Question
My shih tzu Ziggy has been up all night with spasms in her hind legs and her stomach is making all sorts of noises.  She is acting fine other wise, except the not sleeping part.  She also acts like she has a lot of phlegm in her throat.  I think I may call the vet in the morning.

Tammy - Yes, I think a vet visit would be a good idea.  The spasms in the legs concern me?  I wonder if she is in some pain.  At first I though stomach virus but not sure because of the leg spasms.
Let me know what you vet says?
