Shih tzu puppy

We were given a Shih tzu puppy.  He's almost 5 months old.  A few days I have noticed a small twitch
or spasm to his lower back almost as if he had the hiccups.  It doesn't last long but it has happened more then once.  I didn't think hiccups would reoccur so often.  It only last for a few seconds but I'm concerned.   Is this something I need to look into ?

Hi Bonnie,  You may want the Vet to give this baby a good exam.  Sounds like muscle spasms?
Please see the Vet.  I am sure you shih tzu needs some puppy shots again.  They sure do need them often the first year of life.
