hi, is your product available in the philippines or do you have alternative solution or natural/herbal treatment to my shih zu.. she has this reddish like rash to her chest and wound and she just continue scratching, she also have just like dandruff in her chest.. pls... pls... pls...

Sorry, you can't get the NuVET in your country.  Can you see the local vet?  Make sure there are no fleas... How about giving her a Doggie Oatmeal Shampoo bath 1 x per week?  I hope you can find dog oatmeal shampoo in your area?

Also, you may want to look at the foods you are feeding.  She may be allergic.  Go to your pet store and ask them what foods are good for allergy dogs.  ( Some folks try a lamb and rice)
You may want to try a Triple antibiotic ointment on open wounds.
( The best thing to do is make a Vet appointment.)
