2yr old shih tzu ? ACL tear; supplements for ACL injury;

Question
My 2 yr old shih tzu work up in this morning and could not stand up.  She just rolled over when she tries to stand up.  Before bedtime she was fine, eating, running with other dog we have.  She is still eating and drinking and going to the bathroom but I have to take her outside and stand her up.  Was wondering if you have any ideas what could be causing her not to be able to use her back legs?  She favors her left back leg and this causes her to lose her balance and fall over.
