My 3 month old puppy has a raw spot on her privates. What home medicine can be used to stop the itching until I can see a vet?

you can try hydrocortisone oint/spray or try some oatmeal bath  and then rub on some baking soda.
Hope this helps.  Also Childrens liquid bendryl orally 1/4 tsp every 6 hours.  Sounds like she has a bacterial infection and they will be putting her on antibiotics.
