hi there? we just bought a puppy last night from a pet store last night. all the paper work and the pedigree i have said she was a male. do you know what i can do to get that changed. the contact information i have doesnt get me anywhere. Also i have owned 2 other puppies in the past and never dealt with them wallowing in the "mess" before i can clean it. we are puppy pad training do u suggest outside training period? i gave her a bath last night but it didnt get rid of the urine smell and she has stepped in it today, i want to give her another bath but is that too much?   thank u       - april clayton

Hi April - Pet store puppies are not socialized and tend to be kept in crates... That is why she plays in the poop and mess.
Yes, give her another bath - get the puppy shampoo... Make sure you dry her well.  Use a blow dryer on low and move it back and forth so not to burn her....

Yes, call the pet store and ask how to fix this paperwork.  I am sure it won't be a problem.  Male to Female on the paperwork...
